About Me
I believe in collaborative organizing and the expansive potential of humans. Over the past 10 years, I have researched these phenomena across organizations and geographies and shared my perspectives with business and academic audiences. Throughout my career, I have worked with dozens of management teams to address their most critical strategic challenges. I bring a unique blend of philosophical insights and practical experience to my talks and advisory engagements, helping organizations unlock their full potential in navigating the complexities of modern business.

My work is driven by a commitment to fostering expansive conceptions of humanity and human work. My current research focuses on philosophical perspectives in organizational ethics, the implications of generative AI on our understanding of human potential, and the foundations of collaborative organizing. Given the established models of organizing, as companies grow beyond the point of knowing everyone, they often shift toward mechanistic views of their people. I am excited to bring novel concepts and thinking into practical contexts, countering these tendencies and empowering organizations to embrace the future.

I have had the privilege of working across diverse academic and industry contexts, gaining insights that inform my current projects. I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Philosophy and Organizational Research from Aalto University, Finland, and I am honored to be one of twenty-four invited members, including four Nobel laureates, at Columbia University's Center on Capitalism and Society. I am currently also a Visiting Postdoc Scholar in the Business and Society Program at New York University's Stern School of Business. I have served as a management consultant and team leader at Booz & Company, as well as in-house strategy development at Nokia.
